Information for Craft Show Vendors
Space Size
Your vendor space will be approximately 6 feet by 10 feet
The front of your space (facing customers) will be approximately 10 feet wide
You are responsible for supplying all furniture for your space (table, chairs, etc.)
Schedule (Dec. 7th)
6:30am: Building opens for vendors
8:30am: Vendors must have their spaces setup and ready for inspection (Fire Marshall)
9:00am: Building opens for patrons
3:00pm: Building closes for patrons
Morning Unloading and Setup Procedure - 4 Easy Steps
1. Pull your vehicle to the side of the building to unload
Pull up to the sign that matches the first letter of your assigned space - M, G, or C
When you arrive, there will be band students at each door to help move you to your space
2. Once you have unloaded your vehicle, move your car to the High School Parking Lot
There will be a 'shuttle' (golf cart) to take vendors from the High School parking lot to the Middle School
The parking area in front of the school is reserved for patrons
The parking area on the side of the school is reserved for vendors with health issues
3. Find your space and setup your area
4. Make your way to the school lobby to pick up your Information Packet
Your Information Packet will contain:
Coupon for a free cup of coffee
Wi-fi password for the day
Trash bag for cleanup
Menu for lunch (if you are ordering)
Lunch (***weather permitting)
There will be vendors on-site serving lunch (see menus included in your Information Packet)
10:30am: Band students will be walking around the rooms taking orders and money
Students can only take cash - no credit cards or mobile payments
After 11:00am: Lunch will be delivered to your vendor space
NOTE: This service is optional... you do not need to order lunch
Cleanup Procedure
Have your driver pull your vehicle up to your designated loading section (M, G, or C)
Band students will be available to help move your items out to your vehicle
